Poorly Curated Arsenal Emails - Issue #8

What an interesting game to sit with before two weeks of no games. It was truly a display of the worst of this Arsenal team and the best of this Arsenal team wrapped up in one really odd game of sports. After going down three goals, Arsenal actually started playing really well. Almost to the point where, in all future games, Arteta should just somehow trick Arsenal players into thinking that they are already down by three at the start of each game.

Many times this season it has felt like Arsenal has needed to come from a losing position to be motivated to play better. It reminds me of the American cinema classic Seabiscuit in which Seabiscuit needs to eye up the other horses in order to win races. This is where I insert a disclaimer that Arsenal is 1) not a horse, 2) currently not as prolific as said horse is portrayed in the movie, and 3) needs to be motivated to play West Ham and not triple Crown Winning horse War Admiral.

Anywho, I only did one drawing this week. I probably mentally needed a break after drawing it. It is below.

I have questionable artistic skills and a love of Arsenal. Here is where I combine the two.
